I believe that when it comes to designing your home, it's important to have at least one space you can be completely in love with - even if it's just that one room, make it your sanctuary. As a designer it's my job to make that a reality no matter how big or small your budget. I love designing clean, modern spaces with a pop of the unexpected. In doing so, I help homeowners step beyond their comfort zones, to create spaces that are unique representations of their personalities.

An avid renovator in my spare time, my passion for design was initially sparked when I began documenting the full scale tear down & renovation of my home 8 years ago. That passion, which subsequently prompted me to make a career change, is what continues to fuel my love for what I do today. As a former Web Specialist having spent over 15 years creating engaging user experiences on a variety of web platforms, I possess a strong balance of both technical and creative skills that have proven to be an asset whether I'm conceptualizing a space, documenting design drawings or creating 3D renders.

Additionally, as co-founder & writer of The Dreamhouse Project, a design and lifestyle blog, I've had the opportunity to partner with the likes of The Brick, Metrie, Kichler, The Home Depot, and other Canadian Brands to share my renovations, decorating ideas and DIYs.
